Each show home is a reflection of the unique and professional talents of builders\, interior designers\, craftspeople and landscape architects. \nFor the 2025 Show\, check out more than 12 builders and 18 homes located in amazing neighborhoods throughout the Portland area. One ticket provides entrance to each home with four extended weekends to BUILD YOUR OWN TOUR! \nVisit two show stopping homes\, including the largest one yet (8\,725 sq ft)\, at a featured site in Lake Oswego called Oswego Reserve\, with shuttle service to and from the site. In addition to these homes on our featured site\, visit 18 additional luxury homes in the surrounding area\, including West Linn\, Wilsonville\, Forest Grove\, Portland\, Happy Valley\, and Oregon City! \n\n\n \nOpen extended weekends Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm\, and Sundays from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.\nThe Show Hours + Directions page will be updated soon with all information about the homes. \nThe addresses for all homes on the tour will be emailed out the week before the show to all ticket holders.
