This half-day course will focus on what it takes to develop a pocket neighborhood. You will learn start to finish how it can be done and what methods will help get you started. Applicable for experienced developers willing to understand cottage courts/ pocket neighborhoods and curious individuals with no experience.

All people attending will get a workbook written and designed by MicroLife Institute as well as a copy of Pocket Neighborhoods by Ross Chapin.

At the end of the class, you’ll feel comfortable about starting a conversation as well as looking for land or turning current projects into pocket neighborhoods to add to your community.
