Did you ever want to know how to build your own Yurt? Join the Foxfire Heritage Farm for this two-day workshop where we build a complete Yurt from start to finish using a blend of traditional and modern Yurt building techniques.

During the workshop, you will learn to cut roof poles, tie walls, make a center crown assemble the skeleton, and do some sewing giving you the complete Yurt building experience and knowledge to construct your own without any specialized or expensive tools or equipment.

Guests are welcome to camp on-site at no additional cost! bring a tent or trailer and stay on the farm!
