As the first tiny house hotel in the world, Caravan provides guests a unique opportunity to experience tiny house living in the heart of the Alberta Arts District in Portland.

Tour unique, custom-made tiny houses.anywhere from 4-6 tiny houses, depending on availability. Additionally, Caravan staff will be stationed at the tiny houses to point out the unique design features of each tiny house and answer questions.

Tours followed by a group discussion and brief presentation by Caravan owners about the tiny house movement, as well as, the technical, legal, environmental and economic aspects of living tiny. Owners, Kol & Deb have backgrounds in and passion for education, urban planning, and environmental and social justice, which has prompted them to utilize Caravan to showcase possibilities for small housing to the public.
