Tiny house designer and advocate, Vina Lustado leads a presentation on forming tiny house communities and the recent changes in California building codes for tiny homes (good news!). In addition, she will discuss a tiny house prototype as a factory built unit that is legal and movable.

Following the discussion, enjoy a group tour of her stunning personal, off-grid tiny home.  A large shared deck connects it to her Sol Pod, tiny office on wheels. Importantly, the two structures offer a vision for a tiny house community.
