2) 4-5 pm (PST) Tiny Home Investing in Micro-Villages
If you are an investor looking to invest in real estate that provides affordable housing. California is on fire (bad Pun)….seriously from the affordable housing crisis to the pandemic crisis to the natural disaster crisis, housing challenges are off the charts! We will be talking about how we will be teaming up to buy single-family homes in California to land Tiny Homes in Backyards as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
