About Sustainable Sunsets: 

We are Jason and Damaris of Sustainable Sunsets. We have been married for almost 13 years and we moved from Western Massachusetts back to sunny Florida in 2022 with our Beagleman Bessy. We dreamt of going tiny for a few years.  Although we’ve lived pretty minimally and simply since we married, it took Jason some convincing that we could live in a tiny house. We started building our DIY tiny home in February 2023. Our 28′ x 8.5′ home is named Lil’ Bitty.

With no prior building experience we were able to build our tiny home from scratch. To design and create your own tiny home life, all you need is the right amount of dedication, hard work, and motivation . We hope you enjoy learning from our tiny home build journey as you envision your own all while living sustainably and enjoying gorgeous sunsets.
