Sol Haus Design Tiny House Prefab Tour

The Sol Haus Design Tiny House Prefab prototype is ready for viewing! It is built in a factory and shipped to any chosen location, and easily permitted by the State of California’s Housing and Community Development (HCD). Each unit is placed on a permanent foundation (but still mobile) and connected to local utilities. They can be used as an ADU, office space, or guesthouse or primary residence. Each home takes just a few months to complete and permit.
